First 2.0 MW Fan for Mazongshan Wind Power Farm of CECEP Wind-power Corporation in Subei County of Gansu Province Was Hoisted Successfully

First 2.0 MW fan of Mazongshan wind power farm of CECEP Wind-power Corporation in Subei County of Gansu Province was hoisted successfully, marking 2.0 MW fan of Mazongshan wind power farm entered the stage of hoisting implementation. The fan was CECEP Wind-power Corporation's first 2.0 MW fan.

The 200,000 kW project of Mazongshan wind power farm in Subei County of Gansu Province located in gobi and wasteland of Mazongshan town, Nei Monggol Autonomous county, Subei County of Gansu Province. The project has installed 67 sets of DTC FD89-1.5MW wind power unit and 50 sets of FD108-2.0MW wind power unit with total capacity as 200.5MW. The project was started on March 30, 2013. 67 sets of 1.5MW fan have realized grid-connected power generation on September 30, 2014; the DTC FD108-2.0 series fans for hoisting featured in: hub height as 80 m, impeller diameter as 108 m, tower footing diameter as 4.3 m and nominal output per hour at rated wind speed as 2000 kW.

Closely focusing on the engineering construction goal of guaranteeing operation of 2.0 MW fan of Mazongshan wind power farm established at the beginning of the year, Subei Company organized all participating units to strengthen cooperation, arranged construction duration reasonably, controlled project quality strictly, boosted project nodes effectively, made every effort to keep improving from basic selection and design of fans to supervision of tower drum equipment, it also prepared well and systematically in all links from approaching of equipment and hoisting of fans.

So far, hoisting work of 50 sets of 2.0 MW fan of Mazongshan wind power farm was implemented in an orderly way, Subei Company would conduct positive coordination and strict management to guarantee safe and smooth going of fan hoisting project as well as realize grid-connected power generation soon according to project construction plan.
