On August 24, CECEP Wind-power officially commenced construction on its first wind power project in Northeast China—the 200 MW Mulan Wind Farm in Heilongjiang. This pioneering project supports the national strategy for revitalizing Northeast China and marks the company’s market entry into the region.

Located in Liuhe Town, Mulan County, Harbin, the project comprises 32 wind turbines each with a capacity of 6.25 MW, a 220 kV booster station, and a 20 MW/40 MWh energy storage system. Upon completion, it is expected to generate approximately 546 GWh of electricity annually, saving about 175,800 tons of standard coal and reducing CO₂ emissions by 360,200 tons per year. The project will play a significant role in promoting green and low-carbon energy transformation in Northeast China while maximizing economic, social and environmental benefits.
