On September 4, Liao Jiasheng, Chairman of CECEP, met with Zhang Zhifeng, Director General of the Foreign Environmental Cooperation Center (FECO) under the Ministry of Ecology and Environment (MEE), at CECEP headquarters.

At 10 a.m. on September 1, the PALLAS-1 Y1 carrier rocket successfully lifted off after ignition at the Dongfeng commercial space innovation pilot zone in Jiuquan, and proceeded into its designated orbit as planned.
