Liao Jiasheng, Chairman of CECEP, Liu Dajun, Director of CECEP and Chairman of the Trade Union, together with Guan Wenjie, Party Secretary of Bank of Beijing, and Dai Wei, Deputy Party Secretary and President, witnessed the signing. Zhu Qingfeng, Chief Accountant of CECEP, and Guo Yifeng, Vice President of Bank of Beijing, signed the agreement on behalf of the two sides.
